我们收集什么
- 账号：你的邮箱地址。
- 设备：软件生成的设备标识，用来实现“一个账号一台电脑”和“每台电脑一次免费导出”。
- 计费：充值与扣费流水；每次导出时的项目名、期数名和候选样本数。
- 安全：请求验证码时的网络地址（IP），用于防止滥用，只保留很短时间。
我们不收集什么
你的受访者级数据、样本表内容、KPI 数值都留在你的电脑上，不会发送给我们。
识别服务（可选）
软件可以调用你自己填写的识别服务（服务地址和密钥由你提供），帮助读懂表格。发送给该服务的只有表头、每列最常见的取值和 KPI 表的目录，不含逐行数据；请求直接从你的电脑发出，不经过我们的服务器。
邮件
我们通过邮件服务商 Resend 发送登录验证码，只发与登录和账务有关的邮件。
付款
付款由 Paddle.com 处理。我们不接触你的银行卡信息；Paddle 按其隐私政策处理支付数据。
保存与删除
账号和账务记录会在账号存续期间保留。你可以随时发邮件到 [email protected]，要求删除账号或导出你的数据；法律要求保留的账务记录除外。

What we collect
- Account: your email address.
- Device: a device identifier generated by the software, used for "one account, one computer" and "one free export per computer".
- Billing: top-up and charge records; for each export, the project name, period name and number of candidate samples.
- Security: the IP address when a sign-in code is requested, kept briefly to prevent abuse.
What we do not collect
Your respondent-level data, the contents of your sample sheets and KPI values stay on your computer and are never sent to us.
Recognition service (optional)
The software can call a recognition service that you configure yourself (address and key supplied by you) to help read your spreadsheets. Only column headers, the most common values per column and the KPI sheet outline are sent, never row-level data. The request goes from your computer directly to that service, not through our servers.
We send sign-in codes through the email provider Resend, and only send emails related to sign-in and billing.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com. We never see your card details; Paddle handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists. Email [email protected] at any time to ask for your account to be deleted or your data exported, except billing records we are legally required to keep.
